We dubbed this holiday apartment ‘Christo’ for its white curtains that separate the bedroom from the rest of the studio and which move graciously in the wind like Christo’s Gates in Central Park New York.

Its owner, Céline, designed the place reflecting her own universe: flooded with light, Parisian beige, grey and white tones in a subtle harmony and an overall atmosphere of weightlessness. A natural oak floor, a well designed open kitchen with every amenity, contemporary lines, minimalist yet cozy.

This oh so Montmartre apartment sleeps 3, with a Queen size bed and a sleeper sofa for one, has a walk-in shower in a radically modern black-slate bathroom, a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, a classic oven and a microwave.

High-speed internet access, satellite TV and phone keep you in touch with the world while you enjoy your Paris studio. Christo is available for short-term as well as long-term rental. It is also perfect for a honeymoon apartment.

Your holiday apartment is located on Montmartre, in the ‘Village de Ramey’ an insider address for locals. 3 minutes walking distance from the Sacré Coeur Basilica, rue Ramey is yet not a tourist spot, it hosts the currently most authentic local life around the Butte. From rue Ramey, right next to your Montmartre apartment, the famous ‘rue du Chevallier de la Barre’, most romantic pedestrian alley, leads you up to the top of the Hill to the Dali Museum, the portraitists of the Place de Tertre and the Musée de Montmartre with its collection of local artists: Toulouse Lautrec, Charles Léandre, Maurice Utrillo, Suzanne Valladon.
