The 55m2 first floor flat is elegantly decorated and furnished to sleep 5 people comfortably and overlooks a recently renovated central courtyard. There is parquet flooring throughout and it is well equipped with two bath/shower rooms each with it's own wc, a kitchen including a dishwasher and a utility area with washing machine.
The sitting room features a period fireplace and overlooks the central courtyard, filling the room with natural light. It has been sympathetically decorated to give a real feel of Paris and Montmartre and includes paintings from the nearby Place du Tertre . The room has two new sofas, one being a sofa-bed suitable for one person, a TV/DVD unit with cable television and a stereo system. In addition, there is wireless internet access throughout the flat and a telephone.
The two bedrooms (the first is a twin and the second has a king size bed and is en suite) have again been decorated to provide a truly Parisian experience and the ample storage is provided by authentic French armoires.
The en suite bathroom contains a new shower and bath, as well as a beautiful French style basin. The second shower room boasts a large powerful shower and is decorated in a warm cream colour. The two bathrooms make the flat ideal for two sharing couples or a family.
